Through her work, MIREYA HERRERA explores the “something more” in life. Her childhood and adult life have been filled with a vivid observation of people, nature and objects. A graduate of U.C. Irvine (Pre-Law) and ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena, she continued her studies at Grand Central Atelier in New York City. Mireya was born in Los Angeles and has also lived in New Orleans and the Bay Area. Her travels have carried her to the South Pacific, France, Italy, Japan, Australia, Portugal and Galicia in Spain. She currently lives and continues to love Brooklyn, NY.
